Sales Lead

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Train and mentor sales associates to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Perform cash handling duties, including processing transactions and balancing the cash register

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of retail math, including calculating discounts, sales tax, and profit margins
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
